Highly recommended classical science fiction novel – without setting the boundaries of sci-fi too narrow. It’s about life and choices. We influence each other through inspiration and taste. This one got forwarded and highly recommended by Seth Godin – who the heck is Seth, you may say… well, he seems to be heavyweight in endorsing good stuff, coaching people, assuming the role of a modern, maybe postmodern thinker selling his wisdom. Is that a good thing? Well, if you ask Tim Ferriss, who wants to sell modern, postmodern entrepreneurs, corporate overachievers, athletes or successful actors as thinkers selling their wisdom (so that he doesn’t have to) then, yes…and he sells Seth Godin. Nevertheless, the book is good.
